Who is responsible
Dr. Joyce Braverman is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. For any question about it, write to drjoycevb@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you apply through the form on the Contact page, I receive your name, email address, city and time zone, and your answers: why you are reaching out now, the patterns or symptoms you are navigating, what healing would look like for you, the approaches you have tried, how ready you feel, and how you heard about this work.
Some of these answers are health information, which the law treats as sensitive. I only receive it with your express consent, which you give with the checkbox at the end of the form.
When you book a consultation, Calendly collects your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy. When you email me, I receive your message and your address.
How I use it
To read your application, reply to you, arrange a consultation and, if we work together, prepare your care. I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Framer hosts this site and delivers form submissions to me. Google runs my email. Calendly handles bookings and payments. The videos on this site play from YouTube, which can set its own cookies once you press play. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
I keep an application only as long as I need it to answer you. If we work together, your records are kept for as long as medical record rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to drjoycevb@gmail.com and I will answer within 20 business days. If you live in Mexico, these are your ARCO rights, and you can also complain to the federal data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
