The Deodorant Gel — Fragrance-Free

Why I love fragrance-free

I prefer fragrance-free underarm care to keep my routine simple and avoid added fragrance, a potential trigger for sensitive skin.

Why mandelic acid?

Mandelic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). Nécessaire uses it to help control odor-causing bacteria rather than mask odor with perfume. This aluminum-free deodorant targets odor, not perspiration.

Acids can irritate sensitive skin. Follow the label and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

ZO SKIN HEALTH · SUN PROTECTION

Smart Tone Broad-Spectrum SPF 50

Daily protection, a natural-looking tint

Daily broad-spectrum SPF 50 helps protect against UVA-driven photoaging and UVB sunburn. A lightweight tint adds a natural-looking finish.

What stands out in the formula

Avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate and octocrylene provide UV protection. ZO also reports additional protection against high-energy visible (HEV) blue light. Iron oxides and mica add color correction.

Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours. Choose water-resistant protection for swimming or sweating. Follow the label; tint suitability varies.

ZO Skin Health 10% Vitamin C Self-Activating

Skincare

ZO SKIN HEALTH · ANTIOXIDANT CARE

10% Vitamin C Self-Activating

The science behind vitamin C

Vitamin C helps neutralize free radicals, supports collagen synthesis and can improve uneven pigmentation. Benefits for photoaged skin depend on formulation and consistent use; it complements, never replaces, sunscreen.

Why a well-formulated vitamin C matters

ZO combines 10% ascorbic acid with a vitamin C derivative, vitamin E and coenzyme Q10. Stability and effective delivery matter more than strength alone: air, light and heat can degrade L-ascorbic acid. No single formula is best for everyone.

Apply to clean, dry skin as directed. Introduce gradually if sensitive, keep the product closed and follow storage guidance. Stop if irritation persists.

Biologique Recherche Lotion P50V

Skincare

BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE · EXFOLIATING CARE

Lotion P50V

An anti-aging secret? Surface renewal.

The appeal is smoother texture and renewed radiance. Exfoliating acids help shed built-up surface cells, softening the appearance of dull, uneven skin. Think of P50V as a supporting step in an anti-aging routine, not a proven wrinkle-reversing treatment.

The science behind the acids

Gluconolactone (PHA) and lactic, citric and malic acids (AHAs) support surface exfoliation. Glycerin attracts moisture; the formula also contains niacinamide. Acid concentration and finished pH are not disclosed, so strength cannot be judged from the ingredient list alone.

Contains fragrance allergens. Follow the brand’s gradual introduction; avoid irritated skin, the eye area and use during retinoic-acid treatment. AHAs increase sun sensitivity: use sunscreen and limit sun exposure during use and for a week afterwards.

MOMENTOUS · STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE

Creatine Monohydrate

The science behind creatine

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most extensively researched sports supplements, backed by decades of studies. It increases muscle phosphocreatine stores to help regenerate ATP during short, intense efforts. The strongest evidence supports repeated high-intensity performance and strength gains alongside resistance training.

Purity you can verify

Pure creatine monohydrate, with no other ingredients in the unflavored powder. Momentous lists NSF Certified for Sport® certification and batch testing for contaminants. That independent quality check is why testing matters more to me than a “purest on the market” claim.

The label suggests one 5 g scoop daily. Water-related weight gain and digestive discomfort can occur. Ask a clinician before use if you have kidney disease, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Supplements complement, not replace, training and nutrition.

Personal recommendations for general information, not individual medical advice. Product formulas can change; check the brand’s current ingredient list before buying.
